Once your specific workplace challenges have been identified, our talented staff of designers combine their experience, design skills, and product application knowledge to create a workplace solution that is linked to your organization’s desired business results. 

We can help you visualize the plan by utilizing the latest in computer-aided technology to communicate concepts by producing two and three-dimensional graphics that give a sense of reality to a solution prior to implementation.

Now that we understand your needs and have validated initial concepts through a review/approval process, we will combine our resources, technology, experience and outstanding people to implement a successful project.  

Our approach is to assign a “right sized” dedicated team that has clear accountability to the project activities.  Your dedicated team members, which typically includes an account manager, designer,  project manager and an order administrator meet once a week in order to implement seamlessly and move the project through the design, specification and order management phases.

MANAGE: support phase

The life cycle management process begins early in a project with team meetings working in their area of expertise to manage a phase of the project under the guidance of the team leader. Our staff is skilled at verifying shipments for completeness and assessing the damage. Our fleet of vehicles ensures that we have a proper mix to satisfy our client’s delivery needs. Our highly trained, staff installers are our largest resource and allow us to manage our client’s needs without relying on outsourcing.

We currently have over 41,000 square feet of warehouse space designed to manage revolving furniture-based inventories that require storage and distribution services on a daily basis. Our competitive storage rates offer clients an alternative for outsourcing their storage needs with the ability to utilize asset management and refurbishment services if desired.
