Services included are order verification, acknowledgement verification, status reporting, order tracking, expediting, receiving verification, freight claim issues, delivery scheduling and installation. Based on the scope on the project we build a team of experienced employees to manage and facilitate response. Project management is basically a job of coordination, communication, and implementation. Our team insures that there are no missing pieces and that the order is correct.
Texas Wilson will work closely with
your team to time the arrival of your furniture to meet your target date. We
will insure that what we order is manufactured to our specifications, that the
items ship on time, ship in the order you need them, and arrive on site as
planned. Texas Wilson employs the latest in
technology to interface directly with our primary manufacturer, Steelcase.
With our ordering program, design specifications are fed directly into their
system. We are electronically linked directly with the Steelcase manufacturing
information system and have real time access to what is going on with our
project order at the plants on a minute by minute basis. If however, the need
arises we have the capability to warehouse your furniture until you are ready
for installation.
