The Texas Wilson operations group is our largest resource and allows us to manage our clients’ needs without relying on outsourcing.  We heavily emphasize training and professionalism on the job and at the job site.  All of our personnel are uniformed, drug tested and background checked.  

The operations phase of the job begins with all product being received by dedicated receiving personnel.  We verify shipments for completeness and assess any damage. Freight claims are processed immediately to ensure manufacturers’ support for replacement or repair.

All projects are assigned to an installation coordinator and a team is assembled with members chosen for their areas of expertise.  All of our supervisors and leads are certified Steelcase installers.  We install any other brand of systems furniture as well as casegoods, conferencing products, outdoor furniture, movable wall systems, and access flooring. 

Our fleet of vehicles, which includes service vans, passenger vans and numerous sized tractor trailers combined with a large inventory of moving equipment, ensures that we have a proper mix to satisfy our clients’ delivery, installation and reconfiguration needs.
